One of my dearest friends Lindsey connected me and Nikki, the lead singer and beautiful brains behind the band Hovercar, to get me to make the album art for their newest EP, Killing Jar. Nikki already had the Blue Morpho butterfly chosen as a motif for their work so it was obvious that had to be the main focus of the cover art. Once I secured the bug, Nikki told me the bug ~was~ the art and the rest was staging and making sure she arrived in one piece. I am beyond honored to have been a part of this project.
